Is Chicken Piccata Low Carb?
The classic recipe is typically dredged in all-purpose flour, browned and served with mashed potatoes or pasta which is very high in carbs and not keto-friendly. For the low carb version, substitute few ingredients like almond flour or tapioca flour for the all-purpose flour and serve with broccoli or roasted asparagus.
You can serve it with a side of salad, cauliflower rice, spiralized zucchini noodles, roasted asparagus, or vegetables like green beans, spinach, kale, broccoli.
