Easy Keto Chicken Soup Instant Pot
– 4 tbsp ghee (or butter) – 2 quarts chicken bone broth or stock – 1 cup carrots, peeled and sliced – 1/2 cup onion, diced – 3 cloves garlic, minced – 2 stalks of celery, sliced – 2 tsp fresh thyme – 1/2 lemon, juiced – salt and pepper to taste
Set your Instant Pot to saute mode, add butter and let it completely melt. Add carrots, garlic, onion, celery and saute for 5 minutes.
Add raw chicken pieces, broth, and herbs. Put on the lid and seal, Put on the lid set pressure on High for 4 minutes and let it naturally release the pressure.
Add lemon juice, salt and pepper and adjust herbs as needed. Done! Serve hot.
Add all ingredients to your slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or until chicken is fully cooked through and vegetables are tender. Remove the chicken from the pot and shred it using two forks, add them back to the cooker.
