- 1 pound skinless boneless chicken breast, cut into 1/2-inch strips
- 3/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder (cayenne powder)
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice

- 1 tablespoon ghee (or butter), divided
