- 1 pound chicken breast tenders, boneless skinless
- ½ cup almond flour, blanched
- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- Salt and pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
- Lightly grease the air basket with nonstick olive oil spray.
