Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders, tips discarded and quartered, cut in 4 pieces
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp pink salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 4 oz. crushed pork rinds
  • avocado/coconut oil for frying
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. In a shallow bowl, add paprika, salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, and almond flour.
  2. In another bowl, add the egg and whisk in the heavy cream.
  3. Dip one tender at a time into the egg mixture and then into the flour bowl.
  4. Repeat the same for the remaining chicken tenders.
