How to Make Chicken Spaghetti?
Chicken Spaghetti Casserole is my all-time family favorite dish because it’s such an easy and hearty dinner to make. Also, it is very easy to adjust the taste as per your requirement, suppose if you are making this dish every weekend then someday add little more veggies or someday just skip it.
If you want a creamier version of chicken spaghetti then add more cream of mushroom soup or condensed cream of chicken soup. Or, simply replace condensed soup with homemade sauce made with half cream and chicken stock.
Now if you are already bored with this trick I strongly suggest you change the meat in it..I mean try it with leftover turkey or Italian sausages and always try to add sauteed peppers and onions for extra texture and flavor. Believe me or not it will totally change your tongue taste because it’s even more delicious.
Benefits of making Chicken Spaghetti Casserole
There are many benefits, like casserole dishes make your work very easy because every day we don’t have that mood to cook a meal for our family and if it’s a large family then it’s more difficult and so comes this casserole dishes very handy because they are very easy to make and easily feed a large crowd or have leftovers for later use.
How to Freeze Chicken Spaghetti Casserole
As I mentioned above the benefits… but one more benefit is that it freezes very well, which again stress down your cooking, just warm in the oven and your meal is ready to serve your family.
To freeze, firstly, Allow the pasta to cool completely then transfer the mixture to a freezer-to-oven baking dish (don’t use a glass dish). Cover tightly with plastic film or aluminum foil and freeze for up to 3-6 months. Bake at 350°F, frozen and covered with a film, for 1 hour or until center part reads 165°F on the thermometer. Or thaw overnight in the refrigerator, and bake for 40-45 minutes at 350°-375°F.
Thaw overnight in the refrigerator, cover with film and bake in a 375°F oven for about 45 minutes or until the center reads 165 F. If cooking directly from the freezer, bake in a 375 F oven for about 1 hour or until center part reads 165°F.
