Carbonara Ramen Noodles – Tips

Don’t overcook the noodles – Ramen should be al dente, with a slight bite.

Use high-quality Parmesan cheese – It makes all the difference in the flavor and texture of the sauce.

Reserve some pasta water – This starchy water helps create a smooth and silky sauce.

Cook the bacon slowly – Crispy bacon bits are essential for that textural contrast.

Don’t be afraid to experiment – Add your favorite vegetables, proteins, or herbs for a personalized touch.

Recipe Variations

  • Spicy – Add a pinch of chili flakes or a drizzle of sriracha to the sauce for a fiery kick.
  • Seafood – Swap the bacon for shrimp, scallops, or mussels for a lighter, briny flavor.
