Spicy – Add cayenne pepper or chili flakes in the marinade and sauce. Serve with a dollop of sriracha or your favorite hot sauce for an extra kick.
Cheesy – Add grated Parmesan or cheddar cheese into the breading or sauce for a decadent, cheesy experience.
Asian-Inspired – Swap the breadcrumbs for panko for a lighter, crunchier crust. Use soy sauce, ginger, and garlic in the marinade for an Asian-infused twist. Serve with steamed rice and stir-fried vegetables for a complete meal.
Vegetarian – Substitute portobello mushroom steaks for the chicken, marinating and coating them in breadcrumbs before frying. Top with the creamy mushroom sauce for a meatless alternative.
