- 4 chicken thighs, boneless skinless, cut into 2 inch pieces
- ½ teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper powder
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 1 pinch turmeric powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
For the butter chicken pasta
- 2 tablespoons oil
- ¼ teaspoon cumin seeds
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 large crushed garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons crushed ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt, divided
- 2 teaspoons coriander powder
- ½ teaspoon Cayenne pepper powder
- ¼ teaspoon garam masala powder
- 2 tablespoons dried fenugreek (Kasoori methi)
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce

Instructions
