Keto Air Fryer Chicken Tenders – Tips

For extra crispy tenders – Use a light coating of avocado oil spray before adding the almond flour mixture.

Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket – This will prevent the tenders from cooking evenly and getting crispy. Cook in batches if necessary.

Check for doneness – Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F.

Leftovers – Store leftover tenders in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer or oven until warmed through.
