Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, boneless, skinless, diced
  • 3 cup cauliflower
  • 4 slices bacon, 6 inches long, roughly chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth (bouillon or consomme)
  • 1 tablespoon butter, unsalted
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 3/4 cup cream cheese, spread
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add a tablespoon of olive oil. Add diced chicken to the pan and cook for a few minutes or until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
