Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken thighs, boneless, skinless (or chicken breasts)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated (divided into 2 half cups)
  • 4 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1/2 tsp salt and black pepper

Instructions
