Keto Chicken Wings - These crispy low carb chicken wings baked in the oven is the ultimate keto-friendly recipe made with delicious chicken wings and finger-licking low carb sauce that is both sweet and spicy.
Let’s get started
Easy Keto Chicken Wings
– 3-4 pound chicken wings, separated at the bone - into the drumette and flat/tip – 2 tsp baking powder – 1/2 tsp salt and pepper – 1/2 tsp garlic powder – 1 cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce – 3 tbsp butter, unsalted (or ghee)
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel. Take a large bowl, combine garlic powder, baking powder, salt, pepper. Add the wings and toss well with the mixture.
Lightly spray the baking sheet with cooking spray. Place the seasoned wings on the sheet. Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes. Flip the wings and cook for another 20 minutes or until crispy.
As long as the chicken is cooking, melt the butter in a pan or microwave. Transfer the melted butter to a large bowl, add the hot sauce and combine well.
Once the wings are well cooked and crispy, toss them into the sauce and coat well. Done! Serve with celery sticks, ranch dressing or blue cheese for dipping.
– 1/2 large hass avocado – 1/2 cup whole cashews – 1 cup of water – 5 cloves garlic – 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard seeds – 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt – 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar – 2 tablespoons avocado oil
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Pat the wings dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat a large cast-iron skillet over high heat and add oil. Once hot, add the wings and cook for 3 minutes per side or until crispy.
I love to eat it all alone because the sauce tastes so good that you don’t need anything else. But either way, you can serve it along with side celery sticks, blue cheese dressing on top, or ranch dressing for dipping.
